How to cancel a cancellation request
Following similar steps as canceling your server
- Select the Services tab in the top left hand corner, and in the dropdown select My Services
- Select the service you wish to cancel
- In the Actions section on the Left hand sidebar select "Cancel Cancellation Request"
- A ticket is then automatically opened up for you where a team member will cancel the cancellation request and notify you once completed.
